Locky.online is organized around the order most teams need: zones first, people next, lockers last, then reports and backup export.
Recommended order
Register users with IDs and names. Duplicate imports with the same ID and name are ignored.
Add serials, combinations, statuses and optional owner assignments.
Search by user ID or name, assign lockers, and use settings to control assignment rules.
Check previous changes and assignment movements before closing the work session.
Download the updated database backup or export PDF and Excel reports.
Templates and reports
Locky includes separate Excel templates for zones, people and lockers. Each section has its own import area so the workflow stays clear.
Reports can be exported in PDF or Excel format for zones, people and lockers. Report exports can also include a company logo URL configured in settings.
Offline behavior
After the app is loaded, core management and export features continue working without an internet connection. The active workspace is stored locally so a reload does not immediately erase work, but exporting the database remains the safest backup.
